Dimensional Shortcut Guide
In Dimensional Shortcut Team-up, Magik stands as the anchor and grants Black Panther the ability to enter the Limbo. Activating the team-up skill will take Black Panther back to his position a few seconds ago with an added 80% of missing health.
This is always a great skill for Black Panther to have a retreating option. Black Panther is a pure flanker who will often dive into the backlines and unleash combos. However, after his combo is finished, he doesn't have the ability to quickly retreat or run away. This is when Dimensional Shortcut comes into play.
Dimensional Shortcut is also a perfect skill to lure enemies and quickly reposition to a previous location to secure surprise kills. This does require a lot of learning to familiarize yourself with where and when to correctly use it.
Best Against
This Team-up is best against enemy backliners:
- This team-up ability is best used against basically all Strategists except Loki, who is currently the counter to flankers.
Best Counters
These characters are the best counters to the Dimensional Shortcut Team-Up ability:
Peni Parker is the best Vanguard to counter a flanker. The best way to prevent Black Panther from using this team-up ability is to instantly kill him with Arachno Mines.
Namor is a perfect hero to prevent flanking. With the new Gamma Charge minions, he can quickly kill Black Panther while he's trying to flank.
Star-Lord is a Duelist with really high mobility who can quickly soar to chase Black Panther if he ever taps into the Limbo.
Loki is the best flank counter. If Black Panther tries to flank, use the Regeneration Domain to protect yourself and your teammates. At the very least, preventing deaths is a good counter to an overconfident Black Panther with his team-up.
