There are a lot of achievements to complete in Marvel Rivals. In the Heroic Journey achievement page, there is a task called "Watch Your Step". This achievement tasks players to blast 3 enemies with a single use of Arachno-Mine. Now, this might seem quite impossible to do, but with the right method, you can complete this task easily.

What is Watch Your Step Achievement in Marvel Rivals?

"Watch Your Step" is a part of the Heroic Journey achievement in Marvel Rivals. This achievement challenges players with a quite hard task to do, which is to blast 3 enemies with a single use of Arachno-Mine as Peni Parker.

How to Blast 3 Enemies With a Single Arachno-Mine as Peni Parker

Peni Parker is a Vanguard who has the utilities to deploy mines and hide them within her webbing network. While defending a point, Peni can deploy her Arachno-Mine on a choke point to deny entrance for the enemies.

Although it's quite hard to blast 3 enemies in a single use of Arachno-Mine, there is a simple trick that could let you easily complete this achievement:

Step 1:

The best way to get this achievement is when you are playing as the Defending team in payload maps, or Convoy and Convergence in Marvel Rivals term. Make sure to pick Peni Parker as your hero.

Now, why do you need to play defense in a payload map? Because as a defender, you have the added time to prepare your defenses, and you need to make use of this timing.

Here are the Convoy and Convergence maps to do this trick:

There will be a new Convoy map, Arakko, which will be introduced in Season 2.5, along with a new Strategist, Ultron.

Step 2:

As the defending team in Convoy or Convergence maps, you will have an extra 45 seconds head start to prepare your defenses. As soon as you enter the map, quickly head to the enemy team's spawn doors as fast as possible.

You can move really fast using Peni Parker with her skills. Use her Bionic Spider Nest (Shift) to add movement speed, then quickly use Cyber-Bond (F) to sling forward, destroy the deployed nest, and loop these skill sets to quickly move to the enemies' spawn.

Step 3:

After reaching the enemy team's spawn doors, the next thing to do is deploy your Arachno-Mine by pressing (E). Make sure to deploy it right in front of the spawn door, but not too close. Deploying the mine too close or directly touching the door will cause your Arachno-Mine to disappear.

To hide the mine, also use your Cyber-Web Snare (RMB) underneath the deployed mine. This will conceal the mine to make sure the enemy doesn’t see it.

Step 4:

Lastly, simply wait for the match start countdown to end and let the magic do the work. Players often immediately storm out of the spawn door, which will likely result in 3 or more enemies getting blasted by your single Arachno-Mine.

You don’t have to kill them to get this achievement. Just by triggering the mine and hitting 3 enemies or more, you will automatically complete the task and finish the "Watch Your Step" achievement.

Tips on Completing the Watch Your Step Achievement

I do recommend attempting to complete this achievement when playing in a Quick Match or against AI. This gives you a higher chance of success, as players in Quick Match are less competitive and less likely to anticipate the Arachno-Mine trick.

If you're playing in a Ranked Match, especially in Platinum rank and above, players will most likely already be aware of this strategy and will be more cautious when exiting the spawn door.
