Marvel Rivals is adding another new event to Season 3.5. The Ancient Powers Awaken event starts on August 21st and features new skins for Doctor Strange, Venom, and Iron Fist. We've already seen glimpses of these skins in the Season 3.5 roadmap and recent skin preview trailers of Winter Soldier Polarity Soldier and Cloak & Dagger Polarity Bond Skins.

Ancient Powers Awaken Event Duration
The Ancient Powers Awaken Event starts on August 21st UTC. The event works like a battle pass system where you earn XP to unlock rewards at different levels. Like previous events, you can expect to earn a daily XP limit to progress through the rewards. If you buy the premium pass, you'll have permanent access to unlock the rewards even after the event ends.

Premium pass holders get exclusive rewards, while free players can get Doctor Strange costume. The event will have both free and premium rewards similar to previous events like Queen's Codex and Summer Party.
How to Get Free Doctor Strange Skin in Marvel Rivals
Doctor Strange's costume will be available for free during the Ancient Powers Awaken event. You don't need to buy anything, just play the game to earn XP, level up your pass, and unlock it. The Venom and Iron Fist skins will need the premium pass if you want them.

New Game Mode and Map
Along with the Ancient Powers Awaken event, Marvel Rivals is also adding a new game mode called Resource Rumble. This new mode comes with its own map called Klyntar: Throne of Knull. Additionally, Iron Man is getting a new Extrembiote Armor costume that will likely be available in the in-game store.
