Resource Rumble Mode Release Date in Marvel Rivals
Resource Rumble launches on August 21st, 2025 (UTC time). The mode will be available on Thursday, along with the new map called Klyntar: Throne of Knull. This is part of the Season 3.5 update that started on August 8th.
This weekly update also brings the Ancient Powers Awaken event and a new costume for Iron Man called Extrembiote Armor. The event will start on the same day as the new game mode. However, there hasn't been much information about the event yet, but we will post a guide as soon as there is new info.
Resource Rumble Mode Map and Modes

Resource Rumble will only be available on the Klyntar: Throne of Knull map. When the mode first launches, you can only play it in Quick Match. It won't be in Competitive mode right away. The developers want to get feedback from players first. After they see how people like the mode and fix any problems, they will add it to Competitive matches later.
How Resource Rumble Works in Marvel Rivals
Resource Rumble has three phases that happen in order. However, the selection of the area is random.
Phases 1 and 2
The first two rounds work the same way. Your team needs to control areas on the map to collect resources. When you control these areas, you can get up to 210 resources in each round.
You will only get the resources from the control point if it's under your team's possession. Once your team loses possession, the other team will start getting the resources. Once all the resources are taken from an area, you need to move to the next available area.
Teams will fight each other to control these resource points. The longer you control them, the more resources you can collect before moving on.
Phase 3: The Hijack Round
The final round changes completely. This is called the "rumble phase," and it works differently from the first two rounds. In this phase, there's an area called the hijack area. The team that controls this area steals resources from the other team's pool. The total resources between both teams are always 300. The first team to reach 300 resources wins the phase.
