How to Get the Necessary Sacrifice Achievement in Marvel Rivals?
The Necessary Sacrifice achievement is an available achievement on the recently added Hellfire Gala: Krakoa map. This achievement is directly linked to which team you're assigned during matchmaking.
When playing on the Krakoa map, you'll be randomly placed on either Team A or Team B at the start of a match. To earn this achievement, you need to be assigned to Team A and win the match with that team.
Step 1: Queue for the Krakoa Map
You have two options to play on the Hellfire Gala: Krakoa map:
- Enter the dedicated quick match queue for the new map (available during the Season 2 launch period)
- Join the standard queue and wait for the Krakoa map to appear in the normal rotation
The special queue is better because you'll get the right map right away without waiting through other maps.
Step 2: Confirm Your Team
When the match starts, you'll be put on one of the two teams. While the Out of Service achievement is for Team B, the Necessary Sacrifice achievement is for Team A.
