White Fox was recently teased in a leak revealing five upcoming characters for Marvel Rivals. If you're curious about who she is and what she brings to the game, you’re in the right place. In this article, we'll cover her leaked abilities, possible role, and gameplay predictions.
Who is White Fox in Marvel Rivals?
Ami Han, better known as White Fox, is a South Korean super-agent and a mystical shape-shifter descended from a race of nine-tailed foxes known as the Kumiho. Created by Young Hoon Ko, she first appeared in Avengers: Electric Rain #1 in October 2014.

Born in Seoul, Ami Han is the last of the Kumiho, a species once sworn to protect humans but driven into hiding after centuries of persecution for their powers.
Thanks to her Kumiho physiology, White Fox boasts superhuman strength, speed, agility, durability, stamina, and heightened senses. She can communicate with animals, absorb energy from others to heal herself, control beings through her voice, extend and retract claws, and fully transform into her fox form. On top of her mystical abilities, she is also a highly skilled hand-to-hand fighter.
White Fox Abilities and Role Leaks
According to a leak from trusted Marvel Rivals dataminer X0X_LEAK, White Fox is set to become the game’s first melee Strategist. Along with her role, the names of her abilities have also been revealed:
- Life Drain
- Life Transfer
- Rapid Hypnosis
- Fox Shadow Evasion

Life Drain and Life Transfer seem to be her healing skills, and they fit her lore perfectly, where White Fox can absorb energy and turn it into healing power. Life Drain, in particular, sounds like it could require hitting enemies to heal allies.
Rapid Hypnosis could be a crowd-control or buff skill, but either way, it feels like a great fit for a melee-focused character like her.
Then there’s Fox Shadow Evasion, which likely handles her mobility. Since White Fox can fully transform into her fox form, it would be amazing if that transformation is incorporated into her movement abilities.
White Fox Gameplay Prediction
The idea of White Fox being a melee Strategist is really exciting, as it could bring new playstyles and shake up how Strategists are played. Judging from her leaked abilities, she seems built more as a hybrid-healer instead of a full-on support.

If she truly needs to hit enemies to power up her healing, then her gameplay would be aggressive and highly rewarding. Being a melee fighter, she might be the kind of Strategist that dives straight into teamfights and battles alongside the frontliners.
There’s a good chance she’ll have AoE healing around herself or a single-target heal. Either way, it would let her stay in team fights, dishing out damage while helping her team survive. She could also be a really good support for flanking, and of course, to counter enemy flankers.
Since she’s based on a fox, mobility will definitely be part of her kit, making her quick and agile on the battlefield.
In the end, she’ll likely be a hybrid Strategist and secondary healer, with a high-risk, high-reward style that could easily land her in the 3 or 4-star difficulty range.
When Will White Fox Release?
White Fox probably won’t be released anytime soon, likely not until around Season 5. Several other characters are already in development and are more likely to arrive first, such as Ultron in Season 2.5, and Blade or Professor X, potentially in Season 3.
Fans are also expecting popular heroes like Jean Grey, Deadpool, or Daredevil to be introduced sooner than Armor or other recently leaked characters. Of course, these are just predictions, so take them with a grain of salt.
