Lower Manhattan Season 7 introduces Lower Manhattan, a new Convergence map launching after the April 2nd update.
Times Square Updates
Album System
Season 7 introduces the album system to Times Square. Players can now save their Times Square photos permanently and share their best shots to get likes and interactions from others.
April Fools Event
Deadpool and his buddy Drift will have a new special duo emote together - Jeff Rodeo. Log in from April 1st to April 3rd to claim this emote for free. You can also use the emote with friends in Times Square to earn units and title rewards.

Ultimate Energy System Changes
The developers are reducing overall ultimate energy gain by approximately 20%. This change affects different roles differently to balance the experience:
Vanguards and Duelists:
- Damage-to-energy conversion reduced more
- Passive energy gain reduced less
- Overall reduction: approximately 20%
Strategists:
- Damage and healing-to-energy conversion reduced less
- Passive energy gain reduced more
- Overall reduction: approximately 20%

Crowd Control Mechanic Changes
The developers are working on a new crowd control diminishing returns system. If a hero gets hit by multiple control effects in a short period, any additional effects will be less effective. Since this is a significant change, it will be tested first before being fully introduced, likely around Season 7.5.
Competitive Mode Updates
Ban System Changes:
- Bans per team increased from 2 to 3
- Each ban phase will be shorter
Placement Match Changes:
Placement matches will now take your individual performance into account. Once you complete all 10 matches, the system will assess how you played and adjust your starting rank accordingly.
- Good performance: rank bonus
- Poor performance: slight reduction
- Maximum adjustment: one division either way
Map Pool Update:
Based on player feedback, Tokyo 2099: Shin Shibuya will be added back into the competitive map pool in Season 7.
