Step 1: Play on the Thebes Map
The first step is to play on the Thebes map. To access it, queue for a quick or competitive match. Make sure you play a public match, as completing this in a custom match will not grant you the achievement.
Step 2: Locate the Central Pyramid Elevator
The next step is to find the central pyramid elevator in Thebes. This device is located in the middle of the map's second checkpoint, the futuristic indoor area filled with machinery.
Head to the center of the area, where you'll find several multi-level platforms, then make your way to the lowest level. There, you'll see a towering device with a yellow button on the floor in front of it. That's the pyramid elevator you're looking for.
Step 3: Launch Up
Once you've found the button, simply step onto it. You'll be automatically launched high into the air, soaring over the pyramid before sliding down the other side. At the end of the slide, you'll automatically pick up a health pack.
