Marvel Rivals Leak Reveals 5 Possible New Maps

With the release of the newest map, Arakko, in Season 2.5, leaks have revealed the names of upcoming maps set to arrive in Marvel Rivals. Among them is the iconic Savage Land, which has sparked excitement among fans. Let’s dive into the leak details and what players can expect from these new maps.

Marvel Rivals New Maps Leak

With the release of Season 2.5 and the introduction of the new Strategist, Ultron, several leaks have surfaced within the Marvel Rivals community. These include potential new heroes like Jean Grey, hints about Season 3 content, and a major leak pointing to five possible new maps coming to the game.

Dataminers have uncovered new files in Marvel Rivals’ data, suggesting that these maps are currently in development and could be released soon. Here are the mentioned maps:

  • Kosmos
  • Loomworld
  • Savage Land
  • Oblitus
  • Mojoworld

These map names are especially exciting for Marvel comic fans, as they open up the possibility for new heroes, skins, and lore-based content tied to each iconic location.

What Type of Maps Would They Be?

The leak did not mention the type of game mode these maps will feature. Will they be Convergence, Convoy, or Domination maps? While that might be expected, there's also a possibility that one of these new maps could be designed for a new mode like Conquest or Doom Match.

Leaked Maps Details and Possible Hero Connection

What's even more exciting is what these new maps could introduce to the world of Marvel Rivals. Whether it's new heroes or exclusive skins, we can start predicting the kind of fresh content they might bring.

Kosmos

Kosmos is a hidden dimension in Marvel where the mass from Pym Particle size changes goes. It's ruled by insect-like beings called Kosmosians, who fear humans and Kang the Conqueror. The Growing Man and other characters have ties to Kosmos, and the Thunderbolts once got caught up in its political chaos.

Heroes like Ant-Man, Wasp, or Moonstone from the Thunderbolts could be tied to the Kosmos map and have a strong possibility of being introduced as playable characters. Aside from them, Kang the Conqueror is another prominent name that could be linked to Kosmos and potentially appear as the season’s lore-based villain.

Loomworld

Loomworld is a powerful dimension from Earth-001, originally controlled by the Inheritors, who used it to access the Web of Life and Destiny, a cosmic web that connects all Spider-Totems across the Multiverse. From there, they hunted Spider-heroes in different universes.

In Marvel Rivals, Loomworld could serve as a dark, multiversal-themed map or event, potentially tied to Spider-Verse characters. It would be exciting to see some iconic Spider-Man villains, having even one or two members of the Sinister Six would be awesome.

Savage Land

Savage Land is one of the most fan-favorite storylines in Marvel comics. Located in Antarctica at the base of the Palmer Peninsula, the Savage Land is a tropical, prehistoric preserve hidden from the rest of the world and surrounded by active volcanoes.

It has strong ties to various X-Men members, most notably Rogue, whose leaked voice lines have recently surfaced. Another name fans are excited about is Sauron, a human-Pteranodon hybrid and the would-be conqueror of the Savage Land.

Oblitus

Oblitus is a massive, lawless space station cobbled together from old wrecked ships and forgotten tech, drifting in the far reaches of space. It’s known for its crime, chaos, and as the power base of Adomox, a former Black Nova who ran a notorious casino there.

In Marvel Rivals, Oblitus would make an incredible space-themed Conquest map. Characters like Nova and Cosmos are closely tied to it, and if Nova joins the roster, he’d likely be another flying hero.

Mojoworld

Mojo World is an interdimensional realm that mirrors Earth-616 in some ways, but with its own wild twists. Parts of it seem to float in midair, scattered with broken statues of Mojo himself. The landscape is filled with caverns, mountains, rivers, and oceans, while plasma storms light up the skies over its futuristic cities.

Since Mojoworld is influenced by radio and television signals from Earth, it’s very possible we’ll see a connection between this map and Dazzler. Dazzler, an X-Men member, has already been teased through a poster found in the New York map, so a link between the leaked Mojoworld map and Dazzler doesn’t seem like a longshot at all.
