Marvel Rivals Season 8 is set to release on May 15, 2026. While the exact release time has not been confirmed yet, based on previous updates, it is expected to go live around 9:00 AM UTC.

Marvel Rivals Season 8 New Hero
NetEase has revealed the official Season 8 trailer, confirming that the new heroes coming to this season are Devil Dinosaur and Cyclops.
Devil Dinosaur is set to release in Season 8 on May 15, 2026, while Cyclops is expected to arrive later in Season 8.5, scheduled for June 2026.
The trailer also revealed something the community has been asking for, Moon Girl appearing alongside Devil Dinosaur. However, it seems that Moon Girl will only serve as a lore-related character who causes Devil Dinosaur to awaken from his slumber and spring into action.
That said, the Season 7 Gallery Card also features another mysterious figure aside from Cyclops and Devil Dinosaur.
The figure reportedly gives off vibes similar to Rogue, which opens up possibilities like Captain Marvel or Mystique. If it turns out to be a villain, it could also be something like a Mister Sinister clone. For now, nothing has been confirmed.
Marvel Rivals Season 8 New Map
Season 8 will introduce a brand new Doom Match map called "Alchemax Headquarters". This new map will be added to the game on May 28 UTC. The latest map released was Lower Manhattan, along with some new achievements to complete.
Marvel Rivals Season 8 New Skins
At the start of the season, Deadpool, Devil Dinosaur, and Hulk will have a brand new skin. Check here for the details.
