Season 3 New Hero and Theme

phoenix

Season 3 of Marvel Rivals will introduce Phoenix as the newest hero, a powerful Duelist capable of dealing explosive damage and dominating the battlefield. She’s set to bring the heat this season onto the Klyntar-themed battlefield.

The new map, Klyntar: Celestial Husk, is a Domination mode battleground adorned with symbiote-themed visuals. Alongside it, the new Battle Pass, titled Power of the Phoenix, will offer a range of exciting new skins and rewards for players to unlock. Season 3 is looking hotter than ever!

Marvel Rivals Season 3.5 Release Date and Leaks

Season 3.5 of Marvel Rivals is officially set to release on August 8th, 2025, according to the official Season 3 roadmap. Get ready for more content, new heroes, and mid-season surprises! The new hero to be released in Season 3.5 is Blade.

Blade was last seen missing from his bed in Wakanda, hinting that he is awake and will be joining the roster soon. He is believed to be a Duelist, capable of dealing heavy burst damage with his Katana and Shotgun.

Marvel Rivals Season 4 Release Date Speculation and Leaks

Following the changed timeline for the updates, Season 4 of Marvel Rivals would likely be released on September 11, 2025.

The only known leak hinting at Season 4 of Marvel Rivals suggests that the theme will revolve around the mystical realm of K’un-Lun. While details are still scarce, fans can likely expect new heroes, maps, and content inspired by this legendary location from the Marvel universe.

Two heroes who could be tied to the mystical realm of K’un-Lun and have been previously leaked are Daredevil and White Fox. Both have lore connections to the region, Daredevil through his martial arts training and ties to the mystical elements of the Hand and K’un-Lun itself, and White Fox, a secret agent with spiritual roots tied to East Asian mythology, which often intersects with K’un-Lun themes. Given their background and the Season 4 leak pointing toward K’un-Lun, it's highly possible that these two could become new playable heroes in the upcoming season.

Previous leaks led many players to believe that Captain Marvel could appear in Season 3.5. However, with the recent confirmation that Blade will be coming sooner, it seems that Captain Marvel’s debut may be delayed, and Season 4 might be the perfect time for her arrival.

Other leaked characters who are expected to appear in Season 4 or later include:
